You Must Fit Into One of The Following Categories to Take Advantage:

  • You must be an active college or trade school student enrolled either full-time or half-time at an accredited four-year college, university, junior college, community college or trade school.
  • We'll also accept students currently enrolled in accredited graduate school programs.
  • You must be a recent college graduate still within three years of your graduation date. In order to be eligible today in 2018, you must have graduated no earlier than the same date in 2015.
  • You could be a high school senior or recent high school graduate with a letter of intent to attend a qualifying university. However, you must have completed all the requirements for graduation to qualify with an anticipated graduation date, and you must show us your letter of intent to attend a university.
  • If you have a college student internship, trade school apprenticeship or are a medical school resident participant, you'll also qualify as long as you have attended or will attend college classes again between May 1, 2015 and January 2, 2019.

What to Bring to Our Dealership:

In order to take advantage of the Ford College Student Purchase Program, we'll need proof of your current status in school. We'll need to see proof of one of the following, and your name and school name must be listed on the original document:

  • Proof that you're enrolled full-time or half-time based on the specifications of an accredited four-year college or university, junior college, community college or trade school.
  • If you're between terms or a recent high school graduate entering college this fall, you can bring us proof of prior or future enrollment.
    • Examples of eligible documents include:
      • Copy of college/university diploma
      • Copy of final transcript
      • Letter from college, university or trade school registrar's office stating conferred graduation date and the type of degree earned
      • Dated letter of intent confirming enrollment -- valid for 6 months only
      • Current class schedule
