A Repair Process You Can Actually Follow

Every repair starts with a conversation. We'll talk through the damage with you, schedule a time for a full estimate, and walk you through what the repair will involve before any work begins. You can request an estimate or schedule an appointment online any time, powered by Carwise™, or call us directly at (864) 610-2655.

Once your vehicle is in our shop, we build an in-process repair plan and keep you updated the way you prefer, whether that's text message updates or phone calls, so you're never left wondering where things stand. You can also meet the team who will be handling your repair.

State Farm insurance collision repair assistance

We Work With Every Insurance Company

Filing a claim shouldn't mean extra homework for you. We work directly with insurance companies to help make the repair process smoother, and we work with all insurance companies, not just a preferred list.

We're currently a Direct Repair Program (DRP) shop for State Farm, which means an even more streamlined process if State Farm is your carrier, but that partnership doesn't limit who else we'll work with on your behalf.

I-CAR Gold Class Certified

Our collision center holds I-CAR Gold Class certification, the highest recognition I-CAR gives a collision repair facility. It means our technicians have completed ongoing, role-specific training across the repair disciplines your vehicle might need, from structural and steel repair to the latest techniques for aluminum and high-strength materials.

For you, it means the same quality standard whether you're here for a small bumper repair or a more involved sheet metal repair.

All Makes and Models Welcome

You don't need to drive a Ford to use our collision center. We work on every make and model that comes through our doors. Our most common domestic repairs are Chevy, Ford, and Dodge vehicles, and on the luxury side, we're currently working on Maserati, Jaguar, and Mercedes-Benz vehicles as well. Whatever you drive, our team has the training and equipment to repair it correctly. If your vehicle also needs factory parts as part of the repair, our parts center can help source them.

Hablamos Español

We offer Spanish-language service throughout the repair process, from your first estimate conversation to the updates you receive while your vehicle is in our shop.
